Gilt Concierge Landing Page

Brief

Noir is the highest tier in Gilts loyalty program. The customers make up about 8% of Gilt's revenue since they purchase luxury goods in full price and are loyal.

The concierge team has no visibility on the site so the stakeholder asked me to design a landing page and an on-boarding experience for existing & new customers.

In addition, Working closely with copy & photography department to create content for the landing page.

Kick Off

Gathering requirements

Speaking with the Concierge team to get more insights on the program.

Competitive research

on other brands.

Brainstorming with the team ( Stakeholder, Concierge & Copy )

Content & Design 

Working with Copywriter to set the tone of the program.

Provided direction to 

the creative team on the photographs. 

Created wireframes for desktop & mobile using sketch.

Build

After Presenting ​and getting approval for the layout and design. 

 

Handing it off to dev to make sure it was implemented on desktop and mobile.

Onboarding

New & Existing Customers will receive 

an onboarding email highlighting the benefits of the program.

They are prompted to fill out a form for a better personalized experience from their dedicated concierge. 

Dedicated Concierge 

After onboarding, they land on the

page where they see a quick bio of their concierge.  

There are social icons giving them

easy access. This also helps create 

a better experience for the user since 

they can see who their concierge is.

A dedicated personal shopper & stylist to ensure they get the best experience and get exclusive offers.

Insider info and access to Gilts luxury vintage items. 

First in line Customer Service to ensure things go smoothly.
